About the guarantee
You have 60 days from your purchase date to decide if GoldenBrain suits you. If it does not, contact customer care in that window and ask for a refund under this policy.
Asking for a refund
- Email support@en-goldenbrain.com within 60 days of ordering.
- Include your order number and the name used at checkout.
- We will send return steps for your bottles, empty ones included.
- When the return arrives, your refund goes to the original payment method.
